Our Story

Ted and the team are on a mission to help the good causes of all sizes, as well as the nationwide big charities, we also help the many small, independent and family run good causes across the UK. From pet rescue and adoption, to pet food banks to abandoned donkeys. We also help kids and family charities, the homeless, disabled and the elderly. Every teddy and accessory we sell generates at least 20% for these amazing organisations.

Our range is ever expanding, with new items from the leading suppliers as well as small and even independent makers.

1. How much is donated to good causes and charities?

We aim to donate 25% to the selected good cause, our aim is to support all the causes that we work with in an open, fair and transparent way.

2. What are your soft toys made from?

This varies by the manufacturer, however, everything we sell meet UK safety standards and we list the materials used on the product page.

3. How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries take 2 to 3 days, a few may take upto 7 days depending on stock availability. For special items and pre-orders, we will announce the estimated delivery to all that have placed an order.

4. Can we customise our range?

We have a selection of clothing that can be personalised, this will appear in Teds Wardrobe and also as suggested items on checkout.

5. What if you don't love you Ted?

We want you to be delighted with your Ted, if for any reason you are not head over heals in love, simple return your order in as new condition for a full refund within 14 days. We offer a 50% refund on 14 to 30 days and no refund after 30 days.
